He has extensive experience in property valuations and expert reports, property management and asset use, and the supervision of technical projects. He has worked with banks as a valuer and valuation reviewer, and has provided integrated property services since 2005. His approach combines civil engineering expertise with market analysis, sustainability, energy efficiency and building management systems.

Vasiliki Ramfou

Vasiliki Ramfou

She holds an architecture degree from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with postgraduate qualifications in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot-Watt University and in Environment and Development from NTUA. She has prepared valuations for financial institutions, real estate investment companies, businesses and individuals for lending, financial reporting and decision-making. Her experience in construction, renovation, permitting and digital building modelling strengthens the technical and environmental assessment of each property.
