An energy investment starts with the building’s actual consumption profile. PPO connects demand reduction with generation and storage. Equipment is selected after assessing the available space, loads, grid connection constraints and intended operation.
What does it include?
- Solar PV with or without batteries, system sizing and technical and financial scenarios.
- Insulation, windows, heat pumps and solar thermal systems where appropriate.
- Consumption monitoring, energy management and integration with BMS/KNX.
What do you receive?
The technical solution, cost, savings assumptions, implementation requirements and maintenance plan are defined. For an ESCO approach, the baseline period, measurement methods and any guarantees are specified contractually. Estimated savings are distinguished from measured savings.
How do we begin?
Gather energy bills, supply details, building use, operating hours and available drawings. Grant eligibility is assessed against an official funding call and does not guarantee acceptance.
