THE SERVICE AT PPO

From your needs
to the deliverables.

Good management connects financial performance with everyday operations. PPO defines the scope for each property: an individual unit, commercial building, complex or portfolio. Property management covers asset use and leases; facility management focuses on installations, suppliers and continuity of technical operations.

What does it include?

  • Organise leases, obligations, shared expenses and income and expenditure reports.
  • Plan preventive maintenance, record faults and coordinate maintenance teams.
  • Maintain digital records of drawings, equipment, contracts and interventions, with agreed access rights.

What do you receive?

The operating plan, responsibilities, reporting frequency and report format are agreed in advance. Digital records are exportable and linked to a consistent property identifier, without making the owner’s data publicly accessible.

How do we begin?

Describe the building, its use, the number of units and current needs. Existing contracts and recent cost information help define a realistic management scope.

Keep track of your property, even from a distance

Professional property management organises an owner's recurring responsibilities and provides a clear picture of operations, income, expenditure and outstanding matters. PPO tailors the scope to the property: an apartment, commercial unit, building and portfolio have different needs.

Property management and facility management

Property management mainly concerns ownership and its use: lease coordination, tracking obligations, tenant communication and owner reporting. Facility management concerns building operations: preventive maintenance, faults, contractors and technical records. We agree which services belong in your assignment.

How we organise the cooperation

  1. Record the property, leases, suppliers and outstanding matters.
  2. Agree responsibilities, spending approval limits and reporting frequency.
  3. Establish a maintenance schedule and a process for recording and handling requests.
  4. Provide reports on work, expenditure and recommended next steps.

What the owner should know

A practical management plan separates recurring fees from third-party expenses and specifies who approves each task. Inspection frequency, reporting arrangements and emergency procedures are agreed at the outset. Round-the-clock cover or guaranteed returns are not included unless expressly agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you manage just one property?

An assignment may cover one property or several. We consider location, use and required services before proposing the appropriate arrangement.

How is the fee determined?

It depends on the number and type of properties, the extent of technical support and the frequency of work. The quotation separates management from maintenance, repairs and additional services.

Can I appoint you while living abroad?

We establish communication arrangements, any necessary authorisations and an approval process so that you receive updates and can make informed decisions.

To make the most of your property, combine management with market valuation, renovation or BMS and energy monitoring.
