PPO connects the owner’s needs with technical design and delivery. Construction is considered alongside operating costs, maintenance and future use. New construction, completion works and renovations are organised around a clear scope, project stages and acceptance criteria.

What does it include?

• Review the existing condition, permit requirements and alternative solutions.
• Define the budget, programme and material specifications, and control changes during construction.
• Include energy improvements and KNX in the design of every construction, completion and renovation project.

What do you receive?

Deliverables include the agreed drawings and technical records, inspection records, warranties and operating instructions. KNX installations include the ETS project and documentation so that a suitably qualified independent technician can maintain the system.

How do we begin?

Provide the location, use, available drawings, proposed works and target budget. Potential grant eligibility is considered before the final agreement, without assuming approval under any funding programme.
