to the deliverables.

PPO connects surveying with its intended use. Fieldwork and digital scanning support the production of digital drawings and technical deliverables. Scan-to-BIM adds structured modelling where required, against specifications agreed before measurements begin.

What does it include?

• Agree the survey coverage, access, accuracy and required deliverables.
• Survey, process measurements and produce floor plans, sections and elevations of the existing condition.
• Provide BIM modelling where requested, with a defined level of information linked to technical records.

What do you receive?

Editable files, PDFs and, for BIM, IFC exports are agreed, with checks on the information delivered. A geometric survey alone does not certify legality or structural adequacy. Use for Building Identity, regularisation or design requires the corresponding technical assessment.
